It was a fantastic and inspirational evening last night at Park Lane's Dorchester delivering the film and graphic content for Travel weekly and The Caterer's Travel and Hospitality industry Hall of Fame.
As Chef Raymond Blanc was honoured they spoke of how 33 of his protégés have gone on to earn Michelin stars for themselves. WOW!!!
